3.  Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling the technician you scheduled your appointment with.

6.  Service is guaranteed for 30 days against materials and workmanship. Reconfiguration, connectivity or changes to the operation of the computer in any way will void any additional guarantees.
